Refund and Returns Policy

At Pokémon Cards Vault, we want you to be thrilled with your new additions. However, because the Pokémon TCG market can be as volatile as a Voltorb, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness for both collectors and our team.

1. The 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Sealed Products: (Booster boxes, ETBs, blisters) Must be unopened, with the original factory shrink-wrap or seals completely intact.

  • Single Cards: Must be returned in the exact sleeve, top-loader, or semi-rigid holder provided, without any signs of additional handling or damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our inventory, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Mystery Boxes or Packs: Once the seal is broken, the “chase” is gone, and we cannot accept a return.

  • Graded Cards (PSA/BGS/CGC): Due to the high value and tamper-evident nature of slabs, all sales on graded cards are final unless damage occurred during transit.

  • Digital Codes: Any product containing a digital code for the Pokémon TCG Live app is non-returnable once opened.


3. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Result Outcome
Approved A refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refund May be offered if an item is returned with minor packaging wear not present at sale.
Rejected If a product has been opened or swapped, the item will be sent back to the buyer at their expense.

4. Shipping Damage & Errors

Did your package get hit by a Rock Smash during transit? If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong card, please contact us at contact@pokemoncardsvault.com.    within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Please include clear photos of the packaging and the items in question so we can file a claim with the carrier and get your replacement sent out immediately.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Changed your mind? The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

  • Our mistake? If we sent the wrong item, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
